Eligibility Criteria

1. Graduates from any educational background can apply for PGDM (MBA Equivalent) program Candidates should have a min of 50% marks in their Graduation.

2. Students appearing for the final year exam can also apply for provisional admission (Can submit the provisional degree certificate/marks sheet/other documents before the commencement of the program)

3. Candidates must have a valid Management Aptitude Test score (CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, ATMA, GMAT, KMAT)

4. Candidates with professional experience and defence personnel are also encouraged to seek admissions for career change/development.

Admission Process

Step 3: Submit filled application form through online/email/post.
Step 4: Shortlisted applicants will be called for Group discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI)
Step 5: Final selection will be based on the GD/PI performance and evaluation scorecard.
Step 6: Submission of fee and completion of admission process

  • We will send you the manual application form. You can take a print out, fill it by hand, scan and send it back to us by e-mail to admissions@iihmrbangalore.edu.in. You can submit the original hard copy of the form when you come to campus directly. You can transfer the application fee of 1000 INR to Institute bank account and send the reference number for your application to be considered for the further application process.

Any Student, who has more than 75% aggregate marks, would be eligible for a scholarship of 50% tuition fee of 1st Year of PGDM.

For Scholarship Calculation Percentage (%) of Total Marks Obtained are taken into consideration (CGPA is not Considered).

Total marks obtained in all semesters in UG / Maximum marks X 100

(a) MBBS Student, who has more than 60% aggregate marks, would be eligible for a merit scholarship of 50% waiver of the tuition fee in the 1st year of PGDM.

(b) MBBS Student, who has more than 50% and less than 60% aggregate marks, would get a scholarship of 20% Tuition fee of 1st year of PGDM.

(Note: The Scholarship would be provided as a fee waiver in the Third/ Fourth Installment fee payable for the PGDM Course.)

(a) AYUSH/BDS student, who has more than 65% aggregate marks, would be eligible for a merit scholarship of 50% tuition fee of 1st year of the PGDM.

(b) AYUSH/BDS student who has more than 60% aggregate marks and less than 65% aggregate marks, would get a scholarship of 20% Tuition fee of 1st year of PGDM.

(Note: The Scholarship would be provided as a fee waiver in the Third/ Fourth Installment fee payable for the PGDM Course.)

The course is approved by AICTE and accredited by NBA, NABET, and AIU. Hence, all major banks will be willing to provide educational loan for this course. The Institute will support and facilitate the student with the bank loan-related documents required from the Institute. Students can obtain bank loan documents from our Accounts Department after paying the first Installment fee.

Fees for Boys & Girls Hostel

Charges: Single sharing Rs.9500/- and double sharing Rs.6500/- which is include all facilities mentioned above. (Charges may vary per academic session with management decision).

Security Deposit: Rs.5000/-. The amount refundable at the time of convocation

Terms and conditions for Hostel

  • Hostel Rooms will be allotted on the first-come-first-served basis.
  • Allotment of rooms is solely at the discretion of the Management and Warden
  • Above fee is including Room Charges, Mess Charges, Transportation.
  • Maximum stay period for the first-year students will be 10 Months** and for 2nd-year Students will be 8 Months**
  • Any stay beyond this period will be charged separately according to hostel policy
  • Hostel fee once deposited will not be refunded during the mid of the course unless the Hostel facility was withdrawn by IIHMR Bangalore
  • Application cost is Non refundable
  • Additional Charges for online Payment as per RBI Norms
  • Fee refund Policy :- As per prescribed guidelines of AICTE 2021-23
