Gandhi Jayanti Celebration 2021
IIHMR Bangalore celebrated Gandhi Jayanti in memory of our beloved Father of Nation. This year 2021 is remarked as the 152nd birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
To honor the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, Dr. Usha Manjunath Director IIHMR Bangalore, recalled his struggles for getting us free India and paid her heartfelt tribute to Gandhi Ji for all his sacrifices made for the country. She highlighted that the greatest tribute we could give our great leader is to practice non-violence and to love every human, irrespective of caste and creed.
Students celebrated his contribution to the nation by participating in extempore & debate competition organized by IIHMR Bangalore. In their words, they highlighted independent India, the significance of non-violence, and the growth of a country.
