1st e Alumni Meet 19th November 2022
1st e Alumni Meet was held on 19th November 2022. It was an unforgettable evening for IIHMR Bangalore family. We look forward to engaging with you all in different capacities and strengthen the alumni network of IIHMR Bangalore. Around 58 alumni registered for the event and 35 Alumni were part of this event.
Eminent alumni from PAN India as well as UAE, Singapore had joined this event and extend their support to Alma mater. Special thanks to @Dr Madan Gaekwad, Special Officer, CD-SIMER, Dr Usha Manjunath, Mr Piyush Kumar and Dr Sarala R for their gracious presence during the event.
Distinguish Alumni Award:
IIHMR B recognized Alumni contribution in field of Healthcare and awarded them ‘Distinguished Alumni Award’ in Digital Health Symposium ADMIRE.
The awardees are:
Dr Nithin Jawahar, Associate, Director Information Technology, Manipal Health Enterprises Pvt. Ltd
• 14 years of experience in the space of Healthcare Management with the last 5 focused in driving IT solutions to enhance patient experience, efficiency and revenues
• Core competency in: Solution provider and enabler, Digital Initiatives, IT Program management, Tele-Medicine, Tele-ICU, Hospital Operations and P&L and Quality Assurance,
• Champion in Digital Transformation journey for the group by ensuring that a robust platform is introduced to enhance patient facing applications and pave the way for new revenue streams
• IIHMRB batch: 2008-09
Dr Nisha Varadaraj, Assistant General Manager, Manipal Hospitals Radiology Group (MHRG)
• 9+ years of experience aiming to foster optimal health outcomes by providing cost-effective, patient-centered, quality care with a service emphasis using technology as a base.
• Exemplary executioner spearheading consultancy projects in India and across borders.
• Currently Business Head for a PnL of 25 Cr with a primary responsibility of business development and strategic management.

Dr Vaishanvai Reddy, Associate Director Clinical Operations, Twin Health
• 9 years’ experience in Hospital and home care Management and a strong expertise in process optimization and Quality improvement. Proven track record of strong implementation.
• Spearheaded India’s first JCI accreditation in home healthcare across 5 different geographically locations for Aster group of hospitals, setting a new benchmark for the industry

Dr Richa Singh, Founder and CEO, Perfect Bounce
• Dr Richa passionate healthcare professional, with zeal to serve the community and make innovative changes in rehabilitation and working as sports physiotherapist since last 12 years
• Also Known as ‘Power Lady of Physiotherapy’

IIHMR Bangalore Annual Alumni Meet was held on 7th December at IIHMR Bangalore. Dr. Ram Behin, Managing Director, London Genetics at UAE (Alumni) was the Chief Guest. Over 30+ Alumni from various parts of India came to the event and shared their experiences and inputs for the students of IIHMR Bangalore.

IIHMR Bangalore Annual Alumni Meet was held on 8th December at IIHMR Bangalore. Dr. Shibaji, Zonal Director, American Oncology Institutes (Alumni) was the Chief Guest. Over 30 Alumni from various parts of India came to the event and shared their experience and inputs for the students of IIHMR Bangalore.
