Dr. Subodh S. Satheesh is a healthcare professional with a background in Pharmacy. He earned his bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Kerala in 2014 and completed his Master’s in Pharmaceutics from Kerala University of Health Sciences in 2016. He later obtained his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from SJJT University in Rajasthan, focusing on the complex therapeutic outcomes associated with diabetic foot ulcers. Throughout his research, Dr. Satheesh collaborated closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and trained them to tackle the complex challenges associated with diabetic foot ulcers.

Dr. Satheesh’s career began as a Research Assistant on the Kerala Health Care project led by IFMR, focusing on maternal and child health. He has six-plus years of experience in research, and academia. He has worked on multiple projects with renowned organizations, including NHSRC, Tata Trusts, IFMR, and the Kerala State Planning Board (KSPB). Dr. Satheesh has made substantial contributions to developing advanced technologies for diabetic foot ulcer screening and management, establishing his expertise in this critical healthcare domain. His academic accomplishments include a robust portfolio of research and review articles, published in peer-reviewed national and international journals, as well as presentations at various international conferences.
