December 13, 2025, marked a historic milestone as Institute of Health Management Research, Bangalore (IIHMR-B) proudly commemorated its 21st Foundation Day & Alumni Meet, celebrating over two decades of impactful contributions to healthcare management education, research, and leadership development.

The celebration was graced by eminent dignitaries including:

– Dr. Kedar CS, IAS (Retd.), Former Director General (ESIC) and Senior Advisor, IIHMR Bangalore
– Dr. Nisha Varadaraj, Hospital Director, Manipal Hospitals (MHEPL), Bengaluru

Addressing the gathering, the dignitaries congratulated the institute and its alumni for their achievements and lauded IIHMR Bangalore’s continued commitment to advancing healthcare management education and leadership.

A major highlight of the evening was the announcement of a new two-year, full-time PGDM program in Pharmaceutical Management, scheduled to commence from 2026. This strategic initiative builds on IIHMR Bangalore’s extensive experience in pharmaceutical management socialization and responds to growing industry demand, reinforcing the institute’s vision to emerge as a regional leader in Pharmaceutical Management education in South India.

The celebrations were further enriched by vibrant cultural performances by students from various clubs and the recognition of faculty, staff, and students for their dedication, excellence, and achievements—reflecting the dynamic spirit of the IIHMR Bangalore community.
