Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive coordination and support to institutional research projects.
- Ensure high-quality research deliverables including development of research tools, data analysis, and report writing.
- Draft research updates, technical briefs, articles, and documentation for dissemination.
- Identify and explore new research opportunities from various funding sources
- Develop research proposals and conduct literature reviews.
- Coordinate internal research teams and liaise with external consultants and agencies
- Develop training modules and provide training to field investigators
- Oversee data quality, integrity, and accuracy throughout collection, validation, and reporting phases
- Participate in institutional activities on an ad-hoc basis
Eligibility Criteria:
Essential
• Master’s in Public Health (MPH), Allied Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the health sector.
• Proficiency in English and fluency in Kannada (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel for fieldwork at short notice.

• Experience in team coordination and facilitation.
• Prior involvement in training and capacity building is an added advantage.

Remuneration:
Commensurate with qualifications and experience. Negotiable for suitable candidates.
