Civil Engineer
Responsibilities include
- Coordinating with an architect for all kinds of drawings and their approvals
- Finalise all MEP drawings with vendors
- Working drawings of the interior layouts
- Work planning, execution of work
- Project Administration in the coordination of the architect
- Coordination with civil, plumbing, electrical, electronic, AC, furniture, carpenter, fabricator & other contractors as per requirements
- Workmanship
- Quality of material, specifications, and selection of equipment, items, furniture, etc.
- Budget planning
- RFQ, negotiations, comparison, PC approvals, procurements
- Work / purchase orders
- Bills verifications of all kinds of vendors, including architects
- Maintain all kinds of files
